We are very satisfied with this dental clinic – the approach is extremely professional. I came to Kraków with my husband for a short visit,... All opinions and we had a planned wisdom tooth extraction for me, a check-up and possible treatment for my husband. During the initial examination, I was diagnosed with stage 2 desktopis, and my husband required treatment for several teeth, including root canal therapy. We were scheduled for follow-up visits, which we had not planned, considering that we were in Kraków for only one week. I am very grateful to Dr. Agnieszka Rolek for the professional wisdom tooth extraction. She was extremely caring, assured me that everything would go well, and explained that they were prepared for any possible complications and could respond immediately. Dr. Klaudia Konfederak made the diagnosis during my first appointment and prepared my tooth for further treatment with another doctor. The main treatment was carried out by Dr. Anna Glanc, who was very professional and explained every detail of the procedures and possible outcomes. I truly appreciate the emergency dental care I received. My husband was treated by Dr. Artur Niedziolka and Dr. Klaudia Konfederak. The clinic provided us with complete documentation of our treatments upon request, including detailed descriptions. Key advantages of this clinic include: -Individual approach (we were given unplanned follow-up visits despite our short stay) -Excellent hygiene and sterility -On-site X-ray facilities -Professionalism and attentiveness The only drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi access for patients.
